  3. Turn off real time scanning of your\u00a0anti-virus software<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Currently our television is not compatible with Apple products.<\/strong>The online subscription is for\u00a0one player ONLY<\/span>. You are not allowed to watch two streams simultaneously. Therefore, if you share your username and password with your friends or family members, only one of you will be able to watch TV at a given time.<\/p>\n

      All assistance for online subscribers is done via email correspondance only. IMB+ Records does not accept phone calls for online support. If you have any service related issues, please contact us at\u00a0support@imb-plus.tv<\/a><\/span>. Your requests will be replied shortly and within our regular business hours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      For users with Internet Explorer browser ver.7, to be able to watch our television please make sure that your browser has all necessary security features enabled. You may do so by following these steps:\u00a0Tools->Internet options->Advanced->Securty->Enable native XMLHTTP support<\/strong>. The box next to this option must be selected, if it is not, please mark it and press “Ok”.To be able to successfully listen to the Russian radio online you need to install Windows Media Player and Real Player because Russian radio is being broadcasted in both formats.<\/p>\n
